Account & Access

On the homepage, click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation (or the "Sign Up Now" call to action) to open the registration form. Complete the required details, including your organisation, organisation type and email, then check your inbox to confirm your account.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter either your primary or alternative email address. A reset link will be sent to both email addresses on file. Follow the link to set a new password.
Yes. You need an account and must be logged in to enrol in or access course content, including free courses.
When you register you accept our privacy terms and the timestamp is recorded for compliance. Your personal data is used solely to deliver training, track progress and communicate with you about your courses. Contact lmssupport@zep-re.com for any data-related requests.
Courses & Enrolment

The ZEP-RE Academy LMS is an online platform designed to deliver, track and manage training programs for insurance and reinsurance practitioners across Africa and beyond.
Log in, open the "Courses" page, select a course and click "Preview this course." Depending on how the course is set up, you will see one or more enrolment options: Individual Payment (pay by card), Corporate Sponsorship (employer-funded via bank transfer), Free Self-Enrolment, or Direct Access for openly available courses.
Courses include seminars, workshops, webinars and self-paced online modules tailored for insurance, reinsurance, risk management and financial inclusion professionals.
Some advanced or eligibility-based courses have prerequisites or require approval. The course preview page lists any requirements before you select an enrolment option.
Yes. Completed courses remain available from your dashboard so you can revisit content, download materials and view your certificates.
Some courses have fixed start and end dates or assignment deadlines, while self-paced courses can be completed at your own pace. Check the course description and syllabus for the specific timing rules.
Payment & Billing

Individual learners pay online by card through our secure Paystack gateway. Where supported, mobile money options offered by Paystack may also be available. Organisations sponsoring staff can choose Corporate Sponsorship and pay by bank transfer, uploading proof of payment for verification.
Yes. Choose the "Corporate Sponsorship" option on the course enrolment page to register sponsored learners and submit a bank transfer. For larger cohorts or custom training, contact lmssupport@zep-re.com to arrange a tailored enrolment.
Learning Experience

Yes, the LMS is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets and desktops. No app installation is required.
Open the course, go to the relevant assignment activity and follow the on-screen instructions to upload and submit your work before the deadline shown on the page.
Your dashboard shows enrolled courses with a progress indicator. Inside each course you can see completed modules, upcoming deadlines and any pending activities.
Live session links, schedules and joining instructions are posted inside the relevant course. Make sure you are logged in and have a stable internet connection before the session starts.
Most courses issue a digital certificate of completion once you have met all course requirements, such as finishing required activities or passing a final assessment. Certificates can be downloaded from inside the course.
The interface is currently available in English, French, Portuguese, Swahili, Amharic and Somali. You can switch language from the language selector once logged in. Course content language depends on the specific course.

At the end of most courses you will be invited to complete a feedback survey. You can also share feedback directly with the support team via lmssupport@zep-re.com.
